I also feel as though the Facebook studio idea is one that is just another superfluous way for Facebook to try and keep up in the digital realm. I agree that such a company has to do this to stay afloat, but I don’t think it is that terribly important. This service is obviously geared more B2B AS opposed to B2P. However, I feel as though the Spotlight and Awards function provides a relevant service to both businesses trying to push a product and the public as a consumer capable of providing feedback.
